  • The Executive MBA Program at the Henry Bloch School of Business and Public Administration - On March 19, 2005 we conducted a workshop for twenty Executive MBA students on the "Effective Use of Technology by Marketers". We covered the subject of Website best practices and Email Marketing as elements of an overall corporate Internet Strategy.
  • Kansas City Chief Marketing Officer Group - As a result of my experience serving on the American Marketing Association - KC Board of Directors I launched a new professional group that would serve the interests of the top marketing officers in KC companies. The purpose of the group is to share best practices and build a peer network amongst the CMOs at KC based companies of all sizes. Monthly workshops are held on topics determined by the group. iBizInitiatives sponsors the ad-hoc group until such time as it becomes a formal organization.

  • Real Businesses Send Spam Too! - We authored this succinct article that appeared in the June issue of the Business to Business Marketer, the Business Marketing Association's monthly publication. The article addresses 3 ways in which real businesses can inadvertently end up being categorized as Spammers.
  • Missouri Research and Education Network - On December 7, 2004 we made a presentation to conference attendees from Missouri state government, law enforcement, community information networks, public libraries, higher education and K-12 schools at the MOREnet Advanced Technical Security Symposium. The subject was "Email Fraud and Preventing Phishing Attacks.

  • Natural Rhythms Photography - Steve Eginoire launches his stock photo and adventure sports photography website. iBiz designed the site with the objective of creating a user manageable platform from which Steve can manage the photo database online, add and edit new body copy and fully support an eCommerce system for the stock photos. A business technology plan was created first which served as the foundation for building an Internet Strategy for this business.
