Stadium Realty, LLC owns and operates Stadium Business Park an 80 acre distribution and warehouse space leasing facility on th.

Challenge: Stadium Realty had been trying to lease their buildings exclusively via brokers. They wanted to build an in-house brokerage that could do the leasing directly and needed a website presence to support that sales and marketing effort.

We built their first website and implemented a pay per click program for them at both Google.com and Yahoo.com. As part of loading up the new website with all the information a prospective lessor would want to know, we also made sure that the site was search engine friendly.
